by knowing His Time if The Diffrence between first time and second time is Big , and his time is impossible to get .

then He is a Cheater

P.S : I did Something Similar But i didnt cheat diff between my time and 2nd is 0.30 while the track is sooooo small

also when you are not sure if he is cheater is good some time spectacing him..
but sometime is really impossible time so its easy find out who is cheater if you see him..
